“Hi my name is Naz, I first worked in the fitness industry 4 years ago, during that time I undertaken by BSC (HONS) Degree in Diet, Health and Nutrition from Leeds Metropolitan University. I also gained my Advanced Personal Training qualification.
I have recently worked in the care sector, supporting clients with learning disabilities in their everyday life and also to organise their daily dietary requirements. I have networked locally to engage clients in physical activity; this promotes independence and helps them to lead a better quality of life.
As a Personal trainer I now use this experience in order to help people to gain control of their lifestyle by introducing realistic and manageable fitness goals. My areas of specialism are weight management through diet, nutrition, exercise and fun freestyle fitness.”
