1. Services
Arden Clinic offers non-surgical aesthetic, skin, and wellness treatments performed by trained professionals. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Bookings and Appointments
- A deposit of £30 is required to secure your appointment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges of £30 cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

3. Medical Disclosures
Clients must disclose full and accurate medical history. Arden Clinic is not liable for adverse outcomes arising from withheld information.
Aftercare must be used as advised to avoid adverse reactions.

4. Consent and Results
All treatments require informed consent. While we strive for excellence, results vary between individuals. We do not offer refunds based on unsatisfactory results unless there is clear evidence of malpractice.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- 14 day refund policy applies to online and in-clinic purchases. T&Cs apply to all individual & package treatments.
- If you have purchased a package and treatment plan has started, this exempts you from a refund.

6. Age Restrictions
We only treat clients aged 18+ for aesthetic procedures unless parental consent is provided (for skin/wellness services only, at our discretion).

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing material, and treatment protocols are the property of Arden Clinic and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

While we take all necessary precautions, Arden Clinic is not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by treatment outcomes not matching client expectations
- Allergic reactions not previously disclosed
- Indirect or consequential losses

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

10. Laser Hair Removal
- A patch test is mandatory at least 10 minutes before treatment.
- Sun exposure must be avoided at least 2 weeks before and after sessions otherwise high sun factor should be worn.
- Results vary due to hair colour, skin type, hormones, and treatment area.
- Missed appointments or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions may affect results and void package guarantees.
- No waxing, plucking, or threading for at least 4 weeks before treatment.

11. Chemical Peels
- A consultation and skin analysis are required prior to treatment.
- Clients must avoid retinols, AHAs, BHAs, and sun exposure for several days before and after.
- Peeling, redness, and sensitivity are expected side effects.
- Downtime varies depending on the strength of the peel.
- Arden Clinic is not responsible for outcomes due to undisclosed skin conditions or medications (e.g., Roaccutane).

12. Injectables (Dermal Fillers)
- Clients must be aged 18+ and medically assessed before treatment.
- Bruising, swelling, and redness are common side effects and not grounds for refund.
- Results are temporary and may vary; touch-ups may be required at extra cost.
- You must disclose any medication, allergies, or recent vaccinations/infections.
- No alcohol, saunas, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours post-treatment.
- A review is offered 2–3 weeks post-treatment, where appropriate.

13. Microneedling
- Microneedling stimulates collagen but requires multiple sessions for optimal results.
- Possible side effects: redness, flaking, sensitivity, and mild pinpoint bleeding.
- No makeup or active skincare for 24–48 hours post-treatment.
- You must disclose any history of cold sores, eczema, or active acne in the area.
- Sun protection is essential post-procedure to avoid hyperpigmentation.

14. Morpheus8 (Radiofrequency Microneedling)
- Clients must be screened to ensure suitability, especially those with metal implants or pacemakers.
- Temporary redness, swelling, and mild bruising may occur.
- Sun exposure, active acne, and use of certain medications (e.g. isotretinoin) are contraindications.
- A treatment plan of 3–4 sessions is often recommended for best results.
- You may feel heat or a prickling sensation during treatment — this is normal.

15. Emtone (Cellulite & Skin Tightening)
- Emtone is a non-invasive treatment using thermal energy and targeted pressure.
- Not suitable for pregnant clients or those with metal implants in the treatment area.
- Mild redness or warmth post-treatment is common and typically subsides within hours.
- Results may take several sessions and ongoing maintenance.
- Not a weight loss solution; best combined with healthy lifestyle habits.

16. Refunds and Liability (Applies to All Treatments)
- We do not offer refunds for completed treatments unless there is clear evidence of negligence or malpractice.
- Arden Clinic is not responsible for suboptimal results caused by poor aftercare, hormonal issues, or undeclared medical history.
- Reactions or complications are rare but must be reported immediately for assessment.
